Refund policy
Geer™ wants every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging. Products that show signs of use, damage, or missing parts may not qualify for a refund or exchange.
Once your return request is approved, customers are responsible for securely packaging and shipping the item back to our return address. After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider or bank processing times.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and personal care reasons. Items marked as final sale or clearance items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
